Gidon Novick (Chairman of SA Harvest) founded South Africa’s first low-cost airline, kulula.com, and more recently a niche hotel brand, Home* Suite Hotels. He was previously CEO of Vitality, the world’s largest wellness program. When he turned 50, his objective was to spend 50% of his time on building a scalable and sustainable non-profit organisation in SA. He provided the seed capital for SA Harvest and is intimately involved in the formulation of the organisation’s strategy.
